Haulage Ltd’ at the age of 17, which I sold in 2013 for £9.5million, I transitioned to the motor trade,
building my expertise in this dynamic industry.

Business is not complicated with the right know how, and I am passionate about developing the skill
sets of business leaders, implementing robust yet achievable company blueprints so operational
success is achieved.
Creating my first Business Development Director and Mentor Consultancy Business TCHC
Consultancy in 2022, this year my second Consultancy Company was founded, TC Consultancy,
which specialises solely in Mentorship. Across both business entities, my Mentees/Clients are
varied across Architecture, Human Resources, Marketing, Construction, Property Development,
Property Management and Sourcing, as well as Electrical and Plumbing.

The foundations of what creates a successful profitable company are easy to implement, but my
mentees must be open to adapting their ways of working, take measured risks, and be prepared to
expand their knowledge, I take them outside of their comfort zone stretching their capabilities so
they can dominate their market.
